Weekly Community Meditation & Sound
Join me and a vibrant Sangha (Meditation community) for a weekly community meditation and sound offering. We will practice the teachings of the Plum Village Tradition of Buddhism and Thich Nhat Hahn teachings. The practice will be supported by a variety of instruments including Tibetan and Quartz bowls plus chimes, bells, drums and flutes.
