“Trish exudes a calm, confident, and insightful presence that makes learning from her a truly enriching experience. Her ability to explain the reasoning behind various techniques added depth to the session, making the concepts more meaningful. While I was familiar with some of the methods she introduced, her thoughtful explanations provided valuable context, deepening my understanding and appreciation of their benefits.

"Trish curated the perfect respite in Sedona – a retreat from the pressures of daily life.  Trish provided support and guidance as the women in our group learned how to focus on ourselves –from quiet meditations to awe-inspiring hikes to yoga in the desert and wonderful meals prepared by Dre –an amazing trip that will stay with me for life.  Trish's warmth, knowledge and hospitality supported us as we took the time to think about what matters in life – joy, family, gratitude and friendship."

  • Jackie H.

“Knowing Trish is such a bright and shining spot in my life. Because of her, I am much healthier than most patients who have received four separate lines of chemotherapy treatment and/or have my level of metastatic disease.  I know that Trish’s expertise, advice and counsel are a significant reason why I look and feel so well today. I am and always will be grateful to her for these gifts.”

  • Abi N

I love Trish’s playful, positive energy- meditation was always hard for me to settle into until I joined her sangha. She has introduced me to a variety of tools to assist with meditation that help- not distract in staying focused- most notably her use of sound is profound.

  • Trish puts a lot of thought and compassion into all her retreats. I appreciate the variety, the structure and attention to detail which includes sticking to her anticipated schedule/time frame (of course unless something unexpected occurs like Mother nature changing her mind). I look forward to more!

The All is Calm retreat was like coming home. From the moment you are greeted with heartfelt hugs, the smells of the kitchen swirling throughout the house, the warmth coming from the fireplace, to the ocean with her views and sounds, I received a special gift all bundled up in a beautiful package ... Life is about family, friendship, joy, forgiveness, hope, peace and LOVE. All wouldn't be possible without love.
