I’ve always been both left-brained and right-brained in every aspect of my life—a numbers-driven auditor and financial analyst who also thrives in the world of wellness, neuroscience, and human connection. For years, I lived in the high-pressure corporate world, where productivity was king, and rest was an afterthought. But in 2012, everything changed. A marathon injury forced me to pause, and I found myself at a crossroads: surgery or yoga. I chose yoga—and that decision transformed my life and career.
My journey led me to Dr. Herbert Benson at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine, where I immersed myself in the science of resilience, mindfulness, stress, and the profound mind-body connection—and that was just the beginning. I deepened my expertise in the neuroscience of stress, sleep, and performance, shaping the foundation of my work today. The more I explored these fields, the more I realized that true success isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about working smarter, resting well, and leading with intention.
Now, as the founder of Hart Mind Body (HMB), I help organizations build sustainable cultures of well-being by integrating science-backed strategies with practical tools and immersive experiences. From corporate sleep coaching and stress management training to mind-body practices and nature-infused retreats, my work empowers individuals and teams to perform at their best—without sacrificing their health and happiness. Whether leading a corporate workshop or guiding teams through mindfulness in the outdoors, my mission is clear: to help individuals and organizations thrive—not just survive.
