We THRIVE when we make space for Rest, Connection, and the Natural World.
Trish Hart, is the Senior Program Manager of the Thich Nhat Hanh Center for Mindfulness in Public Health at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. This meaningful work bridges science and research with the mindfulness teachings and contemplative practices of Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village tradition, bringing mindfulness into public health to support individual and collective well-being.
In addition, Trish has years of experience as a mindfulness teacher, Duke-trained well-being lecturer, Benson Henry Institute credentialed stress management educator, integrative health and well-being coach, yoga teacher, sound therapist and a Kripalu-certified mindful outdoor guide. Her diverse professional background spans auditing, corporate consulting, university programs, employee assistance programs, municipalities, and private organizations. She brings a unique blend of business acumen, mind-body expertise, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences that foster well-being, connection, and discovery.
In additon, by combining her expertise for mindfulness with nature, she blends expertise in mind-body practices with a deep love of the outdoors, Trish creates meaningful experiences that reconnect people with themselves, one another, and the natural world. A seasoned retreat leader, dedicated hiker, passionate birder, and naturalist, Trish has led nature-infused retreats in Sedona, Arizona, throughout New England, and around the world for over a decade. Her retreats artfully balance introspection and joy, weaving together mindful movement, sound therapy, meditation, restorative practices, and cultural and ecological exploration. From sunrise hikes and birding walks through ancient forests to quiet reflection in awe-inspiring landscapes, each experience invites participants to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover a sense of wonder.
Trish helps individuals and organizations cultivate resilience, connection, and greater well-being. Whether guiding a mindful hike, facilitating a restorative practice, or bringing people together in nature, Her work is rooted in a simple belief: we thrive when we make space for rest, connection, and the natural world.
